Three adults and a child were seriously injured in a head-on crash between two cars late Wednesday night in Laie

At 11:45 p.m., Honolulu Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene at 55-271 Kamehameha Highway with three ambulances.

They treated a man and woman, both 48, as well as a 60-year old woman and 6-year-old girl. All four were taken to a hospital in serious condition.

EMS said it was unknown how fast the cars were going, but that significant damage was noted on both vehicles.
