Hawaii County police reopens portion of Hilo road after clearing downed utility pole
Hawaii County police have reopened Kanoelehua Avenue between Kawailani Street and Palai Street in Hilo.
A downed light or utility pole over the roadway due to a car crash resulted in the road closure for about four hours, according to a news release.
