Hawaiian Electric Co. crews examine a utility pole hit by a car overnight in Kailua.
Honolulu Police reopened Wanaao Rd. between Kailua Rd. and Awakea Rd. after an early morning motor vehicle accident took down a utility pole.
The accident happendd at about 12:30 a.m.
Hawaiian Electric Co. crews repaired the pole and the road reopened at about 8 a.m..
