Woman, 2 boys seriously injured after minivan rear-ended in Nanakuli

A 38-year-old woman and three boys were injured this morning at the intersection of Farrington Highway and Nanakuli Avenue when their minivan was hit from behind by a pickup truck.

The crash occurred at 7:05 a.m., according to the city’s Emergency Services Department.

The woman, an 8-year-old boy and a 6-year-old boy were taken to a hospital in serious but stable condition. A 10-year-old boy was in stable condition.

Police briefly closed one eastbound lane of the highway following the crash.
