Lanes reopen in Vineyard-Punchbowl area
Police reopened two lanes of Vineyard Boulevard in the Koko Head direction at about 11:45 a.m. following a traffic accident involving an overturned car near Punchbowl Street.
The accident happened at about 10:15 a.m.
Traffic is also affected on Punchbowl Street in the mauka direction headed toward the freeway.
