Lahaina man charged with meth trafficking

Police discovered crystal meth and ammunition while searching at a man’s house in Lahaina on Thursday.

Lahaina police officers had a search warrant and discovered over eight grams of Crystal methamphetamine, four glass pipes, a paper bindle containing meth, a surveillance camera, a monitor, and two shot gun rounds were found Thursday at 6:10 a.m. in Lahaina. 

Paea K. Faleta, 41, was arrested and charged with first-degree meth trafficking, three counts of promoting a dangerous drug, four counts of prohibited acts related to drug paraphernalia, and storing ammunition, according to the Maui Police Department.

His bail is set at $1,700.
