A flood advisory for West and Central Oahu has expired.
The National Weather Service posted a flood advisory for West and Central Oahu after heavy rain was reported near Waipahu at 5:06 p.m. Monday.
The rain was falling at 1 to 2 inches per hour in the Waipahu area, and the weather service said other heavy showers could develop across Leeward and Central Oahu.
The advisory expired at 7:15 p.m.
