Hawaii basketball player Sheriff Drammeh suspended indefinitely

    Hawaii guard Sheriff Drammeh, a 6-foot-3 senior guard, has started six games this season. He is averaging 6.5 points and 3.0 rebounds per game.

University of Hawaii basketball player Sheriff Drammeh has been suspended indefinitely for “violating team rules,” head coach Eran Ganot confirmed.

Ganot did not elaborate further on the violation. Drammeh was held out of practices this week.

Drammeh, a 6-foot-3 senior guard, has started six games this season. He is averaging 6.5 points and 3.0 rebounds per game. He is considered to be the Rainbow Warriors’ best perimeter defender.
