Woman arrested for attempted murder after she allegedly strikes 2 men with car in Waipio Gentry

Honolulu police arrested a 36-year-old woman after she allegedly struck two men with her vehicle in Waipio Gentry.

Police said the suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Ukee Street at about 8:45 a.m. Sunday. The woman then used the same vehicle and allegedly struck two men, ages 49 and 35.

Police were called but the suspect fled. There were no reports of any injuries.

Police located her in the area of the Tony Group Autoplex on Ka Uka Boulevard Thursday morning and arrested her on suspicion of attempted second-degree murder and first-degree criminal property damage.
