All lanes of the Pali Highway were reopened before 12:30 p.m.
PREVIOUS COVERAGE
The Pali Highway was closed in both directions at Pulelehua Way this morning due to a downed utility line.
The line was accidentally brought down during highway improvements, according to the state Department of Transportation.
Drivers are advised to seek alternate routes.
