H-3 Kaneohe-bound Harano Tunnel to close overnight
Hawaii Department of Transportation plans to close a single lane on H-3 Kaneohe-bound after the Harano Tunnel today following peak evening traffic.
The left lane on H-3 will be closed immediately so crews can work on “a bridge deck expansion joint.” Both lanes will be closed overnight after evening peak travel.
