Boy, 11, allegedly hits 10-year-old on head with dangerous instrument
Police arrested an 11-year-old boy Wednesday on suspicion of second-degree assault.
Police said the boy allegedly hit a 10-year-old boy over the head with a dangerous instrument at 2:54 p.m. Monday in the Koko Head area.
The boy was released pending investigation.
