Center Samson Satele has become an anchor for the improved Oakland Raiders offensive line.

Free agent NFL center and former University of Hawaii standout Samson H. Satele was arrested on a disorderly conduct count at an Aiea shopping complex early this morning, according to the Honolulu Police Department booking log.

Satele, 27, was arrested at 4 a.m. at the Westridge Shopping Center, home to several late-night restaurants and bars.

He was released after posting $500 bail at 4:50 a.m. He is scheduled to appear in Ewa District Court on April 18. Disorderly conduct is a petty misdemeanor.

Satele, who listed a Kapolei address, was drafted by the Miami Dolphins in 2007. He was traded to the Raiders in 2009, where he started 15 of 16 games this past season.

He became a free agent in the off season.
