Fake gun lands homeless man in jail
A 20 year-old old homeless man pointed a replica gun at a woman and found himself facing criminal charges.
The 63 year-old victim told police that she feared for her safety when the suspect pointed the replica gun at her Wednesday afternoon at a business on South King Street.
The suspect faces charges of first-degree terroristic threatening and illegal use of a replica firearm.
