The Tonga Sisters, the Laie group that recently appeared on “The Ellen Show,” headlined the entertainment at last weekend’s Kailua Carnival. E.K. Fernandez provided rides and games for the fundraiser, a benefit to buy air-conditioning units for Kainalu Elementary School in Kailua.
