Police investigate attempted murder in Waianae
Honolulu police are investigating an attempted murder in the first degree case that allegedly occurred early Friday morning in Waianae.
According to a Honolulu Police Department highlight, unknown suspects allegedly drove up to a group of males and brandished fire arms. The alleged crime occurred around 1:05 a.m. at Hale Ekahi Drive location.
“The suspect fired several shots striking a victim,” the report said. “the victim was transported to an area hospital in serious condition.”
The suspects fled the area, the report said.
