The state Department of Education said Prince Jonah Kuhio Kalaniana‘ole Elementary and Intermediate School in Papaikou will reopen Wednesday following a closure today due to a water main break.
The water main break near Papaikou Gym was repaired by this afternoon. Papaikou residents and customers from Maluna Place, and north along Old Mamalahoa Highway, including all side roads, should have water service restored.
