                                UCLA linebacker Darius Muasau, a former Mililani High and University of Hawaii star, came up big at the end of the Bruins’ 25-17 victory over then-No. 13 Washington State last Saturday in Pasadena, Calif. Muasau sacked Cougars quarterback Cameron Ward for a 9-yard loss on WSU’s final possession.

Darius Muasau (Mililani), UCLA: Had only two tackles in the win over Washington State, but it was a big one, a sack of Cameron Ward for 9 yards the last time the Cougars had the ball. He had a person foul and a delay of game penalty in the first half. He has six tackles for loss this season, doubling his output from last year. Read more

Trayden Tamiya, Waiakea ’18: The Air Force senior second baseman went 4-for-4 with two doubles, two runs and two RBIs in a 9-6 win over New Mexico in the series opener on Friday and finished the three games against the Lobos by going 6-for-11 with a homer, two doubles, a walk, four RBIs and three runs scored to help Air Force win two of three.                                 Ole Miss sophomore and Kamehameha alum Keila Kamoku flashed a shaka as she headed home after hitting a two-run homer in the top of the ninth inning against Missouri on Monday.
