                                Darryl Freeman who was charged with second-degree murder in connection with the death of Keenyn Pahio, appears for his arraignment in Judge Clarence Pacarro’s courtroom via video conferencing as he is in the Arraignment and Plea room at OCCC. Pahio died after Freeman allegedly shot him in the head in a road rage incident in Aiea.
