UH Hilo hires Leonard as full-time coach

Hapalua postponed to September

The Honolulu Marathon Association announced Wednesday that it will postpone the 2020 Hapalua — Hawaii’s half marathon — due to the COVID-19 virus. Scheduled for April 5 in Honolulu, it has been tentatively moved to sometime in September. A field of more than 10,000 runners was expected. Read more

Cartaino named Academic All-American

For the second year in row, Chaminade guard Tyler Cartaino was named a CoSIDA Academic All-America Division II honoree, this time as a first-team selection. The Newbury Park, Calif., product was a second-teamer a year ago. Read more
